Our 30 days return policy allows you to shop with peace of mind. We will process returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase for items in unworn condition with tags attached.
Please note, we cannot process exchanges or refunds in these cases:
If you simply change your mind. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.
If you have used the products. They need to be returned in the same packaging they were received.
What do I need to do in case of returning items?
1. Please send us an email with subject: ‘Return Request & your order number', explaining the reason for your return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you the return address.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or if the item was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake on our behalf.
*In all other instances, return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
2. Send the items back via our designated carrier to the address below. Email us with the shipping tracking number immediately after. We do not accept any loss or damage to the products during transit.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that a refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus initial shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
