Sales, Returns & Exchanges Policy

SALES TERMS

One discount applies per order:

10% Welcome discount is automatically emailed when you sign up for our newsletter. It applies to full priced items and orders over £50.00.

Sale items prices are as marked. No further discounts apply.

Bundle discounts are not combinable with Welcome Discount.

✼ No discounts apply to rattan furniture on sold on preorder.

 

UK RETURNS POLICY

We allow returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase for UK orders, provided items are in unworn condition and have tags attached.

✼ Please note ✼ These are the exceptions:

  • Discounted products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have used the products. They need to be returned in new condition, with tags attached.
  • If the outfit is worn once for photographic purposes, we do not accept a return.

UK EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We will ask you to return the original purchase for a refund, and you will need to place a new order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or if the item was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake on our behalf.
  • Exchange shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
  • You will receive a refund for the first item ordered once it has been received and inspected.

What do I need to do in case of returning/exchanging items?

1. Please send us an email with subject:

‘Return Request & your order number', explaining the reason for your return at hello@lalandnil.com. We will email you the return address.

2. Send the items back via a tracked shipping method. Email us with the shipping tracking number immediately after. We do not accept any loss or damage to the products during transit.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that a refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (it does not include the initial shipping cost). Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

  • International sales are final due to the high shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you are outside the UK and would like to be able to return/exchange items, we suggest you check our Stockist listing and purchase from your nearest Stockist.
