Sales, Returns & Exchanges Policy

SALES TERMS

One discount applies per order:

10% Welcome discount is automatically emailed when you sign up for our newsletter. It applies to full priced items only, and excludes rattan hangers.

Clearance items prices are as marked. No further discounts apply.

Bundle discounts are always greater than the Welcome Discount, and they are not combinable with it.

RETURNS POLICY

We allow returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase for UK orders, provided items are in unworn condition and have tags attached.

✼ Please note ✼ We do not process returns in these cases:

  • If you simply change your mind
  • If you have used the products. They need to be returned in the same packaging they were received.
  • If the outfit is worn once for photographic purposes, we will not accept a return.
  • International sales are final.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We can only exchange orders in the UK. If you are concerned about this, check our Stockist listing and purchase from your nearest Stockist.
  • If you are in the UK and would like to exchange an item, please return the original for a full refund (less original shipping cost), and place a new order. 
  • You will receive a refund for the first item ordered once we receive it.
What do I need to do in case of returning/exchanging items?

1. Please send us an email with subject:

‘Return Request & your order number', explaining the reason for your return at hello@lalandnil.com. We will email you the return address.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or if the item was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake on our behalf.

*In all other instances, return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.

2. Send the items back via a tracked shipping method. Email us with the shipping tracking number immediately after. We do not accept any loss or damage to the products during transit.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that a refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus initial shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
