Shipping Policy

✼ BREXIT - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ✼

- VAT/Duties/Admin Fees: for European orders under £100, we don't take liability for VAT & Courier Admin Fee due on arrival of the goods. These are to be paid by the customer.

- EU Orders over £100 are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): This means we actually pay for your countries VAT + Courier Admin fee, so you will not have any additional cost to receive your order. It's more cost effective than placing a small order where the customer will need to pay VAT & Admin Fees.

- Prices & estimated shipping time frames

UK

↠ Order value £0-£40: RM 48h Tracked £2.90

↠ Order value over £40: RM 48h Tracked - free

Timeline: 2-3 working days

↠ Optional Upgrade: UK Next day courier £6.00
* exceptions apply to UK Free Shipping on rattan furniture & decor. 
 
Europe 

↠ Order value £0-£100: RM International Tracked £9.00

↠ Order value over £100: RM International Tracked - free

↠ Optional Upgrade: DHL/FEDex Courier Tracked £12

Timeline: 5-7 working days (currently experiencing severe delays due to Covid and Brexit).

Other countries 
↠ Order Value over £100: free delivery
↠ Order Value under £100: price calculated at checkout or email us for a quote.

Please allow 10-15 working days.

In the rare event that your parcel goes missing, please read below for the different scenarios:

- Address check

The first thing we will do is double check that the delivery address in the order is correct. If the address entered in the order is incorrect, it is not our responsibility that the parcel doesn't arrive.

- Showing as 'delivered' 

All our orders are sent with end to end Tracking. If the Tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received your parcel, we will need to open an investigation with Royal Mail or the Courier (depending who was selected at checkout).

If the Royal Mail or Courier investigation confirms that your order has been delivered to the correct destination we cannot be made liable for its loss.

- Parcel lost

Before being able to claim a lost parcel, we need to wait the required amount of business days which will vary depending on the service you selected at checkout. 

If it indeed doesn't arrive at you by then, we will open a claim with our delivery service and we offer you a choice of refund/resend of the parcel.
